• We endeavor to ship your order within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Items indicated with a special delivery time are excluded from this option.

• Some items are too fragile for shipping. If you want this item we will work with you to try and arrange a custom delivery. 
• Orders within The Hague can be delivered personally to your home on request.

• If you are not content with the product you bought, you can of course return your order within two weeks from the purchase date.
• Please email your request to return an unwanted item in advance at info@curatedceramics.nl ,quoting the order number in the subject reference. The product should be returned in the same condition as you received it and in original packaging. The returns address is:

• Please package the item appropriately to ensure it is not damaged in transit. We recommend you use postal insurance for the item up to the value of the purchase to insure against damage. 
• The full purchase price of your item will be refunded as soon as we have processed your return. Providing the tracking number with your return via email enables us to process your refund promptly.
